He also mentioned advice for the freshman in his field of work.

“Keep your eyes wide open and your mouth shut. Practice over and over the fundamentals until they are mastered. Even if you are afraid to do something new and it is uncomfortable, have the courage to do it and you will be surprised of the results. “Action over Perfection”… get going & keep going focus on the value you have to give, and don’t focus on what you can’t control.”
